Able to solve complicated technical problems and conduct project delivery
:
Able to recover from network critical incidents with some guidance. Able to respond to complex customer requirements
:
Have clear market trends regarding new technologies, standards. And can lead the requirements from the customer.
:
Communicate effectively and regularly up to the technical senior management level of customer
:
Project rollout and RF Planning (include trial, test and commercial project)responsible for network and RF planning, and execute the planning tasks.
:
Responsible for an RF optimized network solution based on client requirements and specifications
:
Performing acceptance definition and acceptance test and producing acceptance report.
:
Responsible for KPI and Service optimized solution based on client requirements and specifications
:
The main interface in front of customers about all technical aspects, including network performance audit, optimization strategy design, parameter management, capacity management, complaint handling, worst cell analysis, KQI optimization and feature introduction and so on.
:
Communicate and clarify technical questions, requirements and issues with customers. Prepare and present the clarification document. Can convince customers from a technical level.

Good skills technical management
:
Experience in KEA (Key Event Assurance)
:
Experience in optimization 2G, 3G, 4G networks.
:
Understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G network KPIs and key parameters.

RF experience, project: delivery NPM/NPI
:
Knowledge of various RF tools
:
Good service awareness, positive attitude
:
Most: familiar with Huawei equipment and tools.
:
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.
