Motion Graphic Designer

CrossFit is hiring for a Motion Graphic Designer . You will be tasked with strategic direction, design development, and technical execution. Assignments will include a wide variety of video and still projects for broadcast, web, social media, and print distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Collaborate with the Creative Director to both maintain and enhance the visual style of motion and still graphics for videos and still images for CrossFit and The CrossFit Games social media platforms.
? Create and animate graphics based on the creative direction of the Creative Director.
? Produce graphics for a variety of short and long-form projects for social media and print distribution.
? Create, modify, customize, and manage graphic packages, templates, and toolkits for social media. Execute visual effects such as compositing, motion tracking, and rotoscoping.
? Stay up to date on current graphic design, motion graphic, and animation trends.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
? Professional experience using Adobe CC – Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
? Strong motion and visual sensibilities.
? Passionate visual storyteller, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
? Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? BS degree in Graphic Design, or related field.
? 2+ years of motion design experience

Compensation range – 75k-80k plus bonus DOE
