Its more than making a living. Its finding a purpose. Experience in property maintenance is needed to fill the role of Site Resource Planner. In this capacity you will use your specialized knowledge in property maintenance operations to improve work force productivity and quality of work. To accomplish this you will plan and schedule all non:emergency plant maintenance work activities, ensure a smooth flow of operations by analyzing resource availability versus work order demands, and examine jobs to determine specific needs. To qualify for this job, you must have 5 to 7 years of experience in property maintenance operations.
