The Teleappointer develops our clients customer base by identifying, targeting and appointing new business opportunities in South Florida. This role also involves day to day new business appointment setting for the Recruiting team based in Miami and seeking out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position within the company.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a full time Tele Appointer/Recruiter who can demonstrate Advanced English Communication Skills, at least 4 years of job experience, Bachelor’s degree in any field, previous experience in Sales or leadership positions, be results oriented and have the ability to achieve targets while being subtle and having tact in approaching prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include:

Achieve monthly targets for setting prospect appointments.
Establish and maintain prospect relationships, manage expectations and enhance the prospect experience to ensure consistent contact is achieved through agreed service levels and productivity measures.
Measure and communicate progress v monthly target by accurate and timely reporting / forecasting.
Work with hiring/recruiting managers to develop recruiting plans and write job descriptions.
Publicize openings by posting them in appropriate outlets and work toward developing a pool of qualified individuals.




THE LOCATION
We’re based in South Florida, however, our office in Bolivia is located in La Paz.
