Job Details

Our Technical Account Management group is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects that evaluate online advertising campaigns. With a customizable and holistic approach which works across devices and tactics, we provide the bigger picture of effectiveness to our clients. TAMs make it all happen by reviewing media plans, managing project workflow, tracking key milestones, and communicating with both internal teams and external clients to keep them updated on project status.

You will:
Tag and monitor online advertisements according to project proposals/media plans
Coordinate and work with teams to ensure research is completed from individuals exposed to ads
Be able to identify, troubleshoot and communicate with others to solve online ad trafficking issues
Proactively document project status internally and externally on a regular basis
Monitor all projects in field to ensure results are actionable for the client
Work daily with Excel and SFTPs/S3
Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient project management and enhance the client experience – we want problem solvers!
Work with custom publisher accounts that require out of the box thinking, critical thinking, excellent client facing communication skills and unique solutions

Experience Required
Digital Media Planning, Account Management/Coordination, Advertising Operations or Trafficking experience is preferred
Knowledge of online ad delivery systems such as DoubleClick's DART/DCM, Innovid, Flashtalking, etc. is preferred
Proven success with managing projects for internal and external clients
Excellent organizational skills!
Ability to work as a team member to support projects across industries
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, market research, or business preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills – Our clients need to understand you
