About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Search Lead to drive the team responsible for finding relevant candidates. You?ll be responsible for the quality of service, productivity, and continuous improvement of the Talent Search team.

What You?ll Do:

- Define the talent hunting strategy.
- Manage the team of talent search, working with KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Manage productivity and quality of the team.
- Create innovative solutions to track hard-to-find profiles.
- Actively collaborate with different managers to align priorities.

You Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
- Experience Leading Teams based on KPIs and metrics to measure and increase the team?s performance.
- Experience with search engines (LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub).
- Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
- Advanced English level.
