I am looking for a Senior Product Developer to join their design team and work alongside their Head Designer.
You will hold at least 5 years of experience in Product Development, ideally working within contemporary, elevated womenswear brands previously.
You will lead the product development processes end-to-end.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development process.
Analyse trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new products.
Collaborate with Head Designer to create product concepts that align with the brand vision and target market.
Identify and source fabrics, trims, and other materials needed for product development, ensuring quality and sustainability.
Create detailed technical specifications and prototypes, including measurements, construction details, and quality standards.
Oversee the creation of samples, coordinating with manufacturers and design teams to refine products based on feedback.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and quality manufacturing, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet brand standards and specifications before they reach the market.
Work with marketing and sales teams to align product launches with brand strategies.
