Job DescriptionDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.Support employee relations and the performance management processes.Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.Participate in recruitment processes to attract top talent.Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.
