Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is expanding its Workplace Relations practice in Melbourne and is seeking a talented professional at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level. This role presents a rare opportunity to join a growing practice with a broad range of complex, high-stakes matters in workplace relations, employment law, and industrial relations. About the Role As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will work on prominent cases and advisory work, including high-profile disputes and transformative projects across diverse industries. You'll collaborate closely with other specialists across the firm's national offices, providing expert guidance on complex matters, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver strategic advice on employment law, workplace relations, and industrial relations matters. Handle complex matters, such as those involving employment agreements, dispute resolution, and workforce transformation. Partner with leading industry players on high-profile cases, with recent work including high-impact cases in sports, construction, and large-scale enterprise agreement transformations. Engage in thought leadership and support business development initiatives within the practice group. About You You're an experienced Australian-qualified Lawyer with 6+ years PAE with a passion for Employment Law matters and a strong commitment to client success. You bring a comprehensive understanding of WR and IR matters, with an ability to provide strategic, innovative solutions.
