We are looking for Scala Tech Leads to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive people, team players passionate about programming in this language and oriented to provide the best experience to the end user. What You?ll Do:
- Communicate and collaborate with global engineering, product and marketing stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to help to make technology decisions quickly.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams adopting best practices.
- Be a technical domain authority in Marketing Technology and shape future requirements.
You Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience working as a developer.
- 7+ years of experience in Scala.
- Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality a plus.
- Advanced English level.
