As part of our team, you can go anywhere. Role responsibilities (but not limited to) Organise team and workflow through production. Ensure quality repair is completed to scope within time frame. Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity. Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA. Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times. Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Does this sound like you? Previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity. Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable). Inspirational leadership and great people management skills. A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity. A commitment to quality and the customer experience. The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
