Role This role is an office-based position in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.
The candidate would be supported by the Director, Contract Administrator, and the rest of the project team.
Responsibilities include: Managing and preparing scopes of works and sub-contract packages Assessing sub-contractor variations and progress payments Preparing monthly cost reports for directors Managing financials and budgets of projects and resources accordingly Communicating effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders Requirements 5+ years experience as Project Manager Trade background favorable but not essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record delivering projects in the Education sector Cheops software experience required If this role is of interest to you, my contact details are below: E: P: 0423 419 394 #J-18808-Ljbffr
