Job Description Lead and manage programs, overseeing multiple projects and work streams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, & timeline, as well as benefit realisation.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
The Successful Applicant Must have prior experience in People/HR roles coupled with Program management and director experience.
Previous experience delivering programs from $10 M to $100 M spanning multiple years.
Successful track record managing programs with multiple streams (could be 10+ streams).
Experience working with executive level.
