PHOTOGRAPHER required for a well-established Australian business "REALTYPHOTOS WYNDHAM" specialized in commercial photography for the real estatebusinesses & for the family events (Marriages/birthday parties) and locatedat 2/40 WALLACE AVE, POINT COOK VIC 3030.
Prospective applicants must have good priorexperience of working commercially as a photographer.
Duties include.
Discuss the client's need and vision for the propertiesphoto shoot & for the personal photo shoot.
Travel to variousproperties & events to take photographs, making sure capturing all theessential features.
Use professionalequipment to take high-quality images, focusing on lighting, composition, anddetail.
Use variousphotographic techniques and lighting equipment.
Transporting and setting up equipment at assignedlocations Capture subjects inprofessional-quality photographs.
Working from a studio and manipulating images usingdigital imaging techniques and creative darkroom techniques.
Edit and enhance photos using software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshopto make sure they meet professional standards.
Promote services through the business website, socialmedia, and networking with real estate agents.
Photograph homes listed for sale to meet the online marketing and printneeds of Realtors and their Brokerage firm.
Meet brokers/clients on site and perform photo session.
Label and upload images to our in-house studio.
Take photo shoots of interior space of properties – common room, livingroom, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space.
Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken.
Video real estate properties & family events (Wedding, Birthdays).
Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results.
Selecting type of camera, film, filter andlighting.
In Return, for your commitment and skills, you willreceive a competitive salary package of 76 K plus Superannuation.
Applicantswith formal qualifications in photography and with at least 2 years ofpractical experience will be prioritised.
Position is available full time, 38hours/week but applicant must be available for 7 days a week and willing to workodd hours (Weekend & early morning/ late night shifts).
Another mandatoryrequirement is a driving licence & a vehicle.
Applicants must be willing totravel across Victoria to perform work in urban and regional locations.
