Understanding of service management processes and experience in producing information flow analysis diagrams. Understanding of system interdependencies and experience in producing system/sub-system connectivity diagrams. Familiarity with Archi Mate modelling language. Role Overview: The requirement is to facilitate the provision of a Single Local Area Distribution solution for all CIS services within a Command Post/HQ, providing distribution of services and encryption of user traffic to orphaned or separate capabilities that are not captured within the current scope of NSo IT(D). It would also ensure a telephone capability which provisions a multi-tenancy, cross-security domain connectivity from deployed to deployed and deployed to fixed environments, both hard and soft.Team Expansion: To expand the team, there is a requirement for two Technical Authors to support the design. This role will work with the team to develop Use Cases. The role will be based at MOD Corsham (with flexible working arrangements to be agreed once work is underway), with travel anticipated to stakeholder sites.Key Responsibilities: Authoring service supporting Network Architects. Weekly reports summarising key tasked activities and outputs generated. Project documentation (PIDs, schedule, design documents, etc.) as mandated by the NSo IT(D) governance framework. Essential Qualifications: Understanding of complex datacentre technologies and experience in producing architecture diagrams from these. Understanding of service management processes and experience in producing information flow analysis diagrams. Understanding of system interdependencies and experience in producing system/sub-system connectivity diagrams. Familiarity with Archi Mate modelling language.
