About the role The prime purpose of the Material Administrator is to support Tongala, Cobden and Leongatha sites in the accounts payable area. Your responsibilities will include: Working with each site to develop best reliable systems in the ordering and receipting materials outside of the material planners role. Align site accounts payable role across 3 Sites. all the SAP ordering, reconciliations and stock management and providing administrative support to the site Operations teams be the back up support role for the material planner at Cobden and Tongala responsible for the ordering / forecasting of the bulk and micro ingredients and arranging the freight for the bulk and Micro ingredients for the site About You High School Certificate or accounts background Manufacturing/Industry Exposure – A minimum of 2 years + Broad Financial & Operational experience covering Production, Raw material Procurement, Logistics / warehousing Industry knowledge of Agriculture, Commerce, Business or similar discipline Time management (Meeting deadlines) and self motivated Good communication skill across all levels Intermediate Excel, beginner Power Point All correspondence will be dealt with in strict confidence.
