Marketing Manager with fluent English - Conference

Responsibilities:
• Creating and executing innovative, international marketing plans
• Deploying online and offline direct marketing tactics
• Forging long-term marketing partnerships with associations and publications including making cold calls and running negotiations
• Using a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, online PR & SEO
• Conducting detailed response analysis and formulating targeted marketing strategies
• Engaging with customers using interactive and content led marketing techniques
• Querying databases and generating list build strategies
• Formulating communications strategies, including writing of promotional copy
• Working closely with other internal departments to achieve project objectives
• Hitting agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Analytical research skill and the ability to quickly analyse business information
• Native Spanish and fluent in English is a must
• Excellent communicator with a proven ability to clearly convey ideas, written and verbal in English
• Expert negotiator with an eye for detail and a quick learner
• Able to work under tight deadlines and the ability to act on their own initiative and think laterally
• Team player with the ability to manage time effectively in a multi-faceted role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines
• An interest in business is a must, as is an entrepreneurial spirit, a readiness to take responsibility for your work and, of course, great communication skills.
