As an Integration Technical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivery of greenfield and large-scale engagements within our Technology Advisory team, you will play a crucial role by: Contribute to the development and execution of system integration strategies, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Participate actively in delivery planning to scope out and commit to work for the time period.
Establish and Ensure Adherence to Standards: Performs technical design activities and ensure adherence to standards, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
Understand Requirements and Design Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business needs.
Lead Planning and Development Activities: Lead planning activities to scope out projects, commit to deliverables, and ensure the team remains unblocked during execution from design through to transition to support.
Maintain Integration Catalogue: Maintain a healthy and up-to-date integration catalogue, documenting solutions and promoting reusability across the organization.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience will include: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Boomi such as "Boomi Professional Developer" or "Boomi Master Data Hub" or "Boomi Architect," are required.
Proven experience working with Boomi including designing, developing, deploying, and managing integrations.
Strong understanding of Boomi Integrations, Data Hub, API management, and cloud/on-premises integration.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, and other data formats and protocols used in Boomi integrations.
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, No SQL) and data modeling, with experience in handling complex data transformations.
Familiarity with other integration tools and platforms, such as IBM, Mule Soft, SAP or Microsoft Azure Integration Services, is a plus.
Proven experience working in an Integration lead role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of integration developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Experience in optimizing integration processes and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain documentation and promote reusability of integration solutions.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the ability to manage integration deliverables within sprint cycles.
