The ideal person will have a CCAB recognised qualification, membership of a recognised professional accountancy body and 5 years or more relevant experience at senior finance management level.
The role will take charge of Financial Control and Reporting with Governance and Regulatory (Company Secretary) responsibilities and provide regular updates to the CEO and Board of Directors on the Company's financial position.
You will have a good understanding of the principles underpinning financial planning and of demonstrating impact and value for money.
You will have a proven track record of effective leadership and management, maintaining a strong and motivated team and contributing to strategic planning processes.
A good understanding of charity finance and governance and strong IT skills including experience of accounting systems are essential for this role.
