Head Of Change

We're seeking a Head of Change to spearhead our client's Change Practice during a large-scale business and technology transformation. In this critical role, you'll lead the change management strategy, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working and driving lasting cultural and operational change across the business.Key Responsibilities: Lead and shape the Change Practice, embedding a strong change culture throughout the transformation journey. Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of business and technology changes. Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive organisational readiness, engagement, and adoption. Build and deliver training, communication, and support programs to empower teams and ensure sustained change. About You: Proven experience leading change practices in large-scale business and technology transformations. Deep expertise in organisational change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on embedding change at all levels of the organisation. A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional change initiatives. What's on Offer? Circa $250k + Super. Permanent Employment.
