Introduction: Jinding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Report daily bank balances and perform bank reconciliations.
Create Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable functions, including assigning invoices to different divisions for coding, raising invoices, recording receipts, and making payments.
Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations, conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, assist with the production of monthly divisional management reports, and lodge monthly BAS.
Provide payroll support, including PAYG Reconciliation, Annual Leave Accruals, and Superannuation Reconciliation.
Provide analysis of operational costs, assist in the annual operational budget process, and the administration of funds raising processes.
Update finance policies and procedures and fulfill external audit requirements.

Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
