Finance Director - Independent Advertising Agency A leading Independent Advertising Agency is seeking a Finance Director to business partner their CEO and Senior Leadership team whilst taking ownership of their finance function.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: Working with your CEO and the Senior Leadership team to understand each strategic objective and business plan.
Pricing, deep dive analysis and development of KPI dashboards.
Presenting budgets and forecasts and business plans to the Board.
Working with clients to develop competitive contractual arrangements.
Improving agency wide financial awareness.
Complete ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, audit and compliance processes.
Continuous process improvement.
Supervising your finance team.
Applicants will only be considered who are CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 8 - 15 years experience.
All applicants should have previous Advertising experience at a CFO or Finance Director level.
It is essential that you can communicate complex financial information to non-finance staff and have the ability to commercialise existing and new client and supplier contractual arrangements.
