Factory Hand - Food Manufacturing

We are a dynamic and growing food production business with a reputation for creating amazing handcrafted cakes and desserts. This full-time role will suit a factory hand with experience in a fast-paced and high-volume food production environment. You will be working during a normal day shift from Monday to Friday in a new factory based in Coburg North. You will be required to support the production team and perform several daily tasks including: Picking and packing customer orders Labelling product packaging Assisting the chefs with basic preparation work Demoulding products Managing stock in freezers and coolrooms Cleaning equipment Receiving and storing raw materials Keeping the production factory in a clean and tidy condition Experience with basic food preparation and using a walkie stacker forklift will be an advantage. You will be reliable, energetic, well presented, physically fit, a good communicator, and an excellent team player. You must have a positive can-do attitude, demonstrate initiative, take pride in your work, be self-motivated, complete tasks quickly, work well under pressure, and be flexible.
