Their QLD office has gone from strength to strength in recent years and currently has approximately 30 team members.
Due to their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator who can play a leading role within their pre-construction team.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on tender submissions Attending tender interviews Producing Bills of Quantities Mentoring the more junior members of the pre-construction team The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include: Proven track record within the commercial building sector Strong relationship building skills with clients, sub-contractors Good understanding of the current sub-contractor market in SEQ What's on Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $150-200k A leadership role within the pre-contracts team A stable position within a financially strong business #J-18808-Ljbffr
