We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Wellsford Store and cover our Saturday opening hours (9am-12pm).What you'll get up to:Our growers and farmers in Wellsford need your support! We are looking for a customer-centric individual in our community-based store. As a CSR, we will provide knowledgeable sales advice and service to our customers.You'll be involved in the day-to-day tasks, such as assisting with stock management and displays, sales processing, and helping growers and farmers achieve their desired results. This can be a physical role, so you'll need to be comfortable helping with physical tasks such as lifting feed bags, hitching trailers, and moving stock.You'll need to be confident working your way around a computer and learning the sales system (training provided), and not to mention be great with our customers!Our wish list of skills and experience:Be a team player but able to work efficiently alone.Previous experience in the New Zealand rural or horticulture sector would be helpful.A full, current, and clean New Zealand driver's license.Experience driving and backing trailers or a willingness to learn.A team player who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to outstanding results.Good physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is required.Previous retail and sales experience is an advantage.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.What's in it for you?We are committed to growing our employees, providing in-house training, and offering several perks, including staff account/discounts in stores, Kiwi Saver contributions, and discounted medical insurance.
