Crm Specialist

Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications) Full time Responsibilities: Creating and deploying campaign emails on the CRM platform.
Building data-driven CRM lifecycle automation flows to engage and retain customers, driving conversions and customer lifetime value.
Crafting brand-aligned content for email marketing and lifecycle automation.
Developing dynamic customer segments for personalised email marketing and customer journey automation.
Analysing data to inform email marketing and CRM strategies.
Producing comprehensive reports on email marketing and CRM performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve customer experience.
Supporting the e Commerce team with SEO content for the website.
Collaborating closely with marketing, merchandising, e Commerce, and retail teams, as well as digital agencies.
Key Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, and/or lifecycle automation.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyse data and a commercial mindset, with strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional team.
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience with Emarsys, Hub Spot, Mail Chimp or similar CRM platforms.
Proven expertise in building CRM automation flows and lifecycle programs.
Knowledge of GA4.
