The Role This maternity-leave cover role within our Finance Team will mainly be responsible for providing support to our brokers (customers) with regards to queries and issues relating to commission payments, as well as assisting with processing Lender commission statements.
Additional responsibilities also include: Respond and resolve broker queries via our ticketing system (Intercom) within required timeframes Collaborate with colleagues to determine cause, and resolution, of problems where required Assist with reconciliations, commission payments and other tasks as required Provide ad-hoc support to Commissions Officers and wider Finance team when required The Person As an experienced customer service professional, you will be eager to learn and love building relationships with others.
You will be inquisitive in nature and enjoy using your problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Your attention to detail, time management skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task, and initiative will be critical to your success in this role.
