Clinical Governance & Risk Manager - Community A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Governance Manager (RN) to join a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in Melbourne.
In this role, you will have the chance to lead, inspire, and guide the clinical team while developing and implementing robust clinical governance frameworks, ensuring ongoing improvement and high-quality care across community services.
About the role: Implement and monitor the Community Clinical Governance Frameworks Ensure adherence to industry quality standards and legislative requirements.
Enhance the quality of services provided to individuals and families.
Drive analysis and reporting of resident/client outcomes for continuous improvement.
Reporting to Director of Clinical Governance & Risk Benefits: $150 - 170k + super based on experience level NFP benefits to increase your take home pay Excellent career development opportunities Flexibility to work full or part time hours Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Quality/Governance role within the Aged Care sector.
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Standards, community care services and clinical governance systems Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration highly desired Knowledge of HCP and CHSP funding streams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant IT systems.
