Strong administration and compliance understanding, with the ability to maintain high standards of implementation. A clear passion for early education and ensuring that quality outcomes are achieved for the children in your care. Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA. Previous experience in a long daycare Centre Management role. Current WWCC, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
