The Clayton Hotel (L' unico Pty/Ltd) – Clayton VIC Responsibilities: Ensuring the Standard Operational Procedures of the restaurant are carried out by every staff member Establish sales targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures Planning menus according to the demand/seasons in consultation with the Head Chef Ensuring consistency in service levels and food Planning and organizing special functions/events and analysis through pre-event and post-event Profit & Loss statements Assisting the Functions Manager with all aspects of private functions such as prompt and professional response to function enquiries, up-selling function packs and set up Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to the budget and guidelines Maintaining par stock levels at all times and control relevant financial transactions Ensuring the indoor and outdoor dining spaces comply with health and safety regulations and are clean, serviceable and of appropriate appearance Maintaining the Food Safety Manual Ensuring the daily specials are up to date on the digital screens following brand standards Engage with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals, service and overall experience Selecting, training and supervising waiting, bartending and kitchen staff to perform accurate Standard Operating Procedures, exceed customer expectations and to achieve the highest standards Ensuring the VECTRON and Costimator systems are well integrated with accurate menu items, pricings and codes Staff performance evaluation and team building Take reservations, greet guests, assist in taking orders and perform general Food & Beverage Attendant duties as required during any given time Manage and maintain the electronic booking system Menu analysis liaising with the Head chef and work towards improvements and necessary changes Constant competitor analysis to ensure the brand name is well positioned in the targeted market Menu designing Marketing and promotional activities to increase turnover Managing social media platforms with timely responses to customer's feedbacks Rostering bistro and functions staff Summary of Role Requirements: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Thursday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Saturday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Work visa can be provided for this role Expected start date for role: 20 November 2024 Expected salary: $74,000 - $80,000 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
