As a Service Advisor, your primary focus will be assisting our customers with bookings, ongoing communications throughout their service, invoicing, and vehicle collection. Key Responsibilities Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensuring it is always up to date Keeping lines of communication open between the service team and customers Assisting the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department Answering phones and emails About you We are looking for someone who is a great team player and dedicated to providing first-class customer service every time.
