APPOINTMENT SETTER / RECRUITER

We are looking for a full time "Appointment Setter/Recruiter" who can demonstrate Advanced English Communication Skills, at least 4 years of job experience, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related careers, previous experience in Sales or leadership positions, be results oriented and have the ability to achieve targets while being subtle and having tact in approaching prospects.


RESPONSIBILITIES


The responsibilities include:

- Achieve monthly targets for setting prospect appointments.
- Establish and maintain prospect relationships, manage expectations and enhance the prospect experience to ensure consistent contact is achieved through agreed service levels and productivity measures.
- Measure and communicate progress v monthly target by accurate and timely reporting / forecasting.
- Work with hiring/recruiting managers to develop recruiting plans and write job descriptions.
- Publicize openings by posting them in appropriate outlets and work toward developing a pool of qualified individuals.
